Global Charity welcomes individuals who understand local needs and want to help people access essential resources. We value practical experience, community knowledge, compassion, and a willingness to learn. You do not necessarily need formal educational qualifications to apply.

All selected applicants must be willing to participate in the required training to understand their responsibilities, follow program procedures, and develop the skills necessary to assist individuals and families in their communities.

What You May Do

• Engage with community members to better understand their needs. • Help individuals and families identify available assistance and community resources. • Provide information about services relating to food, housing, utilities, transportation, and other essential needs. • Help residents understand how to access relevant programs and services. • Communicate with team members and program staff to support community outreach activities. • Maintain appropriate records while respecting confidentiality and following established procedures. • Participate in training to develop the knowledge and skills required for the role.
